Residential Trash Placement
​
Please place your trash at the curb by 6:30 a.m. on your regularly scheduled pick up day. Times of pick up may vary each week. If you should miss your pickup, the driver will take double the following week.
Ultra Carts are the property of REAL Waste Disposal. Charges may apply for lost or stolen Ultra Carts.
REAL Waste Disposal is not responsible for damages beyond the curb line.
REAL Waste Disposal is not responsible for damages to personal cans.

Acceptable Items & Proper Preparation of Materials
​
REAL Waste Disposal only accepts sanitary waste. We are not permitted to accept batteries, tires, liquids, combustible materials, or freon contained in appliances and air conditioning units. Please contact our office for other options.
Please place needles and syringes in a sealed and appropriately marked puncture resistant container.

Bulk Item Pick Up
​
Please call the office at least 24 hours prior to pickup to schedule a pickup of large bulky items or extra bags. Additional charges may apply.
Bulky materials such as concrete, cast iron, yard waste, ashes, bricks and rocks are not acceptable.

Account & Payment Information
​
Please make your payment promptly. Payments are required on or before the due date.
REAL Waste Disposal offers several options to pay your bill. Payments can be made online, over the phone, in person or by mail. Depending on the payment method, convenience fees may apply.
Please notify REAL Waste Disposal as soon as possible when moving or transferring service. If you are using an Ultra Cart, please schedule collection of container(s). Charges may apply for lost containers.
Subscription service automatically renews. If you would like to terminate your service, you must contact us.
